Payment & Shipping Policies

Payment

All plants are sold in bundles of 25 unless otherwise noted.  The price per bundle is the price “each” multiplied by the number of plants in a bundle.

Online Payment:  Orders can be placed online and paid via credit card or PayPal. Payment is due within 15 days.

Mail Order Payment: To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the trees is required. The final invoice, including shipping charges, will be sent when trees are shipped. Payment is due within 15 days.

Payment is due within 15 days of sale. A 1% per month (12% per year) late payment fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance remaining after 15 days.

Shipping 

Spring shipping season starts in Mid-April and ends at the end of May. Exact start and end dates vary year by year based on weather conditions. Orders are shipped out in the order in which they were received by Forest Agriculture Enterprises LLC.

*** Due to quarantine restrictions we cannot ship to AK, HI, CA, OR or WA.

For Customer Pick Up – For nursery efficiencies we discourage customer pick up of nursery stock.  Email us at trees@forestag.com to set up a pickup date.

For Ground Shipping – We ship our seedlings via USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground service and SpeeDee Delivery. For upgraded UPS rates (3 day select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) e-mail us at trees@forestag.com for an estimate.

• If your order is packaged in boxes, your shipping and handling charge will be calculated at 15% of the total sale.
• If your order is packaged in pallet crates and requires shipping via LTL, your shipping charges will be billed at-cost in addition to a 10% handling fee. For cash accounts that prepay by check, any overpayment will be refunded and underpayment will be billed or sent COD. Credit card and open accounts will be billed with the final cost adjusted when your order is shipped. Payment is due within 15 days.
